Yeast propagation equipment with Two-Tank method

Propagation process:

Fill the small tank with wort → sterilize → cool it to inoculation temperature → add the bacteria from the Castillo tank → propagation the yeast (pipeline sterilization) → lead it into the large tank;

The large tank is filled with wort → sterilization → cooling to inoculation temperature → the yeast in the small tank is led into the large tank → yeast propagation → pipeline connection (between the large tank and the fermenter) →CIP and steam sterilization → lead it into the fermenting tank.

Subsequently, the yeast propagation system should be CIP cleaned , the whole propagation process is finished, and the next yeast propagation can be began.
